Over the summer, Stagecoach announced massive cuts to local bus services, without consultation with local residents. Anne said, "I asked local residents to write to me with evidence of all the problems they had been experiencing. I was overwhelmed by the response. They are facing considerable inconvenience at the hands of Stagecoach. Travelling to work, school or local shops is now far more difficult. Stagecoach have offered some small improvements, but I am still fighting for better services for the city."
